You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services.

7. Data & Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your data.
You grant AI Byte a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Services.

8. Service Availability

AI Byte is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Byte shall not be liable for:

Service interruptions or security breaches

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months.
